My New Book: The Hope Giving Leader

We have all been in some unique times here as of late in our world. 2020 has been an interesting year, to say the least. It has challenged us on so many levels, especially in the context of leadership.

Hope has taken a massive hit in many individuals, companies, and communities. This is what drove me to create a resource that would help leaders not only get some needed hope but to also give hope to those they lead in hard times.

Enter my new book:

The Hope Giving Leader: How To Lead Others Through Tough Times

The book will unpack 3 B’s when it comes to instilling hope in others. Here are some highlights from the book.

1) Believe

Leaders see potential in others even when others don’t see potential in themselves. For true potential to be realized and believed within an individual, there are three self-damaging obstacles that need to be overcome: self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging thoughts, and self-destructive words.

2) Build

The road to success is paved with failures. For a leader to give hope to others, he or she has to help them navigate through their mistakes. Leaders have to proceed with optimism by inspiring hope for the future. Building on mistakes takes having a healthy view of failure.

3) Be

Great leaders are like a thermostat: they set the temperature for their organization. If you want to know the health of a team, put a thermometer in the leader’s mouth and see what the readout is. Leaders need to be what they want to see.

The book will give you specific strategies to lead with the 3 B’s. I would love for you to get a copy on Amazon Prime on sale for just $8.95.

I am a Speaker, Writer, Certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team, Musician, Artist, and most importantly Husband & Father! I would be honored to add value to you and help inspire you to be all that God created you to be!
