The Story’s Not Over — The Best Is Yet to Come
By now, you’ve accepted your role. You’ve activated your gifts. But there’s still one more act to embrace: your future.
It’s easy to feel like the story’s slowing down. Maybe you’ve been in a season of silence. Maybe your act feels more like a struggle than a scene.
But hear this:
The curtain hasn’t closed — God is still writing.
1. Trust the Author
Philippians 1:6 says,
“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
God doesn’t abandon the story halfway through. He finishes what He starts. Even when the set feels dark and the scene feels unclear — trust the Director.
2. Live with Hope
Hope isn’t wishful thinking. It’s confident expectation in God’s promises.
When there’s hope for the future, there’s power in the present.
If you lose sight of tomorrow, you’ll stall out today. But if you keep your eyes fixed on what’s ahead, you’ll gain strength to keep going.
3. Remember the Final Line
You’re not living for applause. You’re living for this:
“Well done, good and faithful servant.”
That’s the final line you want to hear. That’s the performance Heaven is watching. And every choice you make today either builds toward that or distracts from it.
So walk with anticipation. Don’t fear what’s next. Embrace it.
Because the best is yet to come.
Final Thoughts: The Performance of a Lifetime
Your life is not a dress rehearsal.
This is your moment. This is your calling. This is your scene.
So take the stage. Embrace your God-given role. Use your gifts. Trust the process.
Because when the curtain finally falls, may Heaven rise to its feet and say,
“That was the performance of a lifetime.”
