Have you ever asked yourself, “What am I doing with what God has given me?” That question has challenged me more than once, and it’s a question that keeps me grounded in what really matters.
The truth is, God doesn’t bless us just for us. Yes, He loves to bless us, but it’s so much more than that. He blesses us so we can bless others. That’s the heart of our calling.
It’s easy to think, “Once I have more, then I’ll give more.” But that’s not how the Kingdom works. God isn’t asking how much we have; He’s asking what we’re doing with what we already have. Faithfulness isn’t about quantity—it’s about quality.
I’ve learned that, as the scripture says, when I’m faithful with the little, God trusts me with more. I’ve seen it time and time again in my own life. When I handle what He’s placed in my hands with care and generosity, He opens the door for greater opportunity and influence.
And this principle isn’t just about money. It’s about everything—your time, your gifts, your influence, even your prayers. Whatever God has given you, He’s given it to you with the intention that you would use it to impact the lives of others.
You don’t need a big platform to make a big difference. You just need a willing heart. If you’ve been blessed financially, give. If you’ve been given wisdom, share it. If you have influence, use it to lift someone up. If you have extra time, serve someone in need. If all you can offer is prayer, then pray with passion.
Every act of obedience is a seed. And every seed has the potential to grow into someone else’s miracle.
I remind myself often: I don’t want to be a reservoir that just stores up God’s blessings. I want to be a river that lets His blessings flow through me. I’m not here to just receive—I’m here to release.
Maybe you feel like what you have isn’t enough to matter. But in God’s hands, little becomes much. Just ask the boy who gave five loaves and two fish. That offering didn’t look like much until it was placed in the hands of Jesus.
So here’s what I’m doing: I’m taking inventory—not of what I lack, but of what I have. I’m choosing to use what I’ve been given to glorify God and impact the people around me.
Because I truly believe this: I am blessed to be a blessing.
And you are too.
